Attention Commercial Customers: Important Billing Change Effective 7/1/2026

We’d like to let you know about a small update to our invoice billing and AutoPay schedule. Starting July 1, 2026, invoices will be sent and AutoPay payments will be processed on the first day of each month. If the 1st day of the month falls on a weekend or a recognized holiday, your invoices and scheduled AutoPay payment will be processed on the next business day. Accounts that are more than 60 days past due may be subject to service interruption. To ensure continued pickup service, please keep your account balance current on a monthly basis.

Please note: If you make a payment outside of business hours the day before your trash day or pay on your trash day, your service will not resume until the following week. If an account is shut down due to nonpayment and referred to a collection agency, a restart charge will be required to reinstate service. This charge covers administrative labor associated with collections. Please call office for clarification at extension #2.
